Brief History

Argent FM Ltd was established in 1979 and has over 40 years’ experience providing detailed design and installation of electrical systems into client’s buildings often with high security conditions and where there is a requirement for ‘business as usual’. Our experience is extensive and includes projects that required us to work as Principal Contractor co-ordinating our project with independent projects being carried out at the same time as ours, electrical shutdowns and switchgear surveys and modifications. Past and current clients include Palace of Westminster, European Parliament, Embassy of United States and GlaxoSmithKline, we are also on the current Minor Works Framework for Gatwick Airport as part of Argent Consortium.

Argent FM Ltd also provides Building Services Maintenance to both the public and private sector, based in London. Our mobile engineers are qualified and respond on a 24 hour, 7days a week basis. We understand only too well your environment and have focused on ways of operating and tailoring our services for the Heating, Air-Conditioning, Electrical, Plumbing and Water Hygiene services to make sure that you are able to meet all of the ever changing regulations but with the added bonus of no disruption to your clients

A Comprehensive Service

Argent FM Ltd has been providing a comprehensive service to all our many customers in the London and Home Counties for the past 30 years with our growth coming from personal recommendations and expansion of existing contracts. We are now looking to expand our business further into your highly specialised business area.

We employ a Planned Maintenance System (TABS) that is able to record all the activities our engineers are carrying out via Smart phones. We therefore have the advantage that all works are reported back directly to our offices for action immediately and also that our Clients can monitor their particular site works from the comfort of their own offices, whether it be call outs, repairs and/or regular maintenance, all the information you require will be available at the push of a button.

We are members of NICEIC, ECA, HVCA, Gas Safe, F Gas Refcom and the Institute of Water Management (Legionella Control and Testing)

A Highly Skilled and Dedicated Team

We are able to offer a First Class service with call outs being responded to within the same day and most are fixed in that initial visit without the need for a return visit. Our engineers are not only very well qualified but have a great enthusiasm for problem solving and have excellent communication skills. All of our work force is directly employed and most have been with the Company for a number of years.

As part of our scope of works we are able to take on project work such as replacement or renewal of Boilers, Chillers, Air Handling units or installing/replacing whole new systems. Controls, control wiring and electrical installations.
