GAS SAFE REGISTER

Gas Safe Register is the official gas registration body for the United Kingdom, Isle of Man and Guernsey appointed by the relevant Health and Safety Authority for each area. Gas Safe Register replaced CORGI as the gas registration body in Great Britain and Isle of Man on 1 April 2009 and Northern Ireland and Guernsey on 1 April 2010.

CHAS

CHAS (The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme) was created by experienced health and safety professionals in 1997 to improve health and safety standards across the UK. In partnership with the Association of London Government (ALG).

CONSTRUCTION LINE

Constructionline is the UK's largest register for pre-qualified contractors and consultants. In terms of efficiency, time and cost saving and best practice, Constructionline is proven to deliver for public and private sector organisations alike. Our service is recommended by the OGC Common Minimum Standards and The Local Government Task Force.

BESA

The Building Engineering Services Association is the leading trade organisation in the UK representing building engineering services contractors active in the design, installation, commissioning, maintenance, control and management of engineering systems and services in buildings.

BMTRADA

BM TRADA is a UKAS accredited certification body that provides independent third-party certification fire services for manufacturing, installation and maintenance service for fire doors and a fire stopping installation certification scheme. Their schemes aim to raise the ongoing standard of manufacture, installation and maintenance throughout the lifetime of fire doors ensuring the product’s fire resistance capabilities are maintained.

REFCOM

Refcom has been running an Elite voluntary best practice company registration scheme since 1994 to promote environmentally responsible refrigerant management. In 2009, Refcom Certification Limited was appointed by the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) to operate a certification body under the stationary equipment provisions of the Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases Regulations.

NIC EIC

NICEIC is the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contractors. Founded in 1956, NICEIC was established in order to champion electrical safety and offers a standard which enables registered contractors to be recognised for their highest safety standards. Electrical contractors registered with NICEIC are assessed on a regular basis to ensure high standards and their work is checked against the IET Wiring Regulations as well as other standards.

ACCLAIM SSIP

Acclaim is a registered member of the Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) and is an online assessment for Health and Safety compliance. The Acclaim Health and Safety scheme enables you to demonstrate to prospective clients that you have been assessed to the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015 and SSIP core criteria.

REFCOM ELITE

Refcom Elite registered we have demonstrated that we promote and work to best practices within refrigerant management. This includes working in compliance with all current legislation to ensure the control, containment and complete record keeping of refrigerant of any type. To achieve this we have demonstrated that we set ourselves apart from competitors by conforming to higher standards than those set out in the F-Gas Regulations.
